Nationality
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- For skilled trades (e.g., Cook, Cobbler, Tailor, Barber, Carpenter, Electrician, etc.), ITI certification is preferred.
- For unskilled trades (Sweeper), no ITI required.
Age Limit
- 18 to 23 years as on August 1, 2025.

- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deducting military service

CISF Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The selection process consists of five stages:
1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Male: 1.6 km race in 6 minutes 30 seconds
- Female: 800 meters race in 4 minutes
2. Physical Standards Test (PST)
